14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Detroit, Michigan, using the English language in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules then in effect. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce these Terms shall be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or operating rules posted by us on our website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and LOGiC Health.
