  • Do you accept insurance?
    No, LOGiC Health does not accept insurance or process claims. However, our services are often more affordable than using insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA cards for medication purchases.

  • Do you offer in-person visits?
    No, we currently provide virtual telemedicine visits via video or audio, accessible from your computer, tablet, or phone.

  • What states do you serve?
    LOGiC Health is available in Michigan, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and California. We are rapidly expanding nationwide. If you are outside these states, contact Support@logichealth.com to check availability.

Lab Work & Testing

  • Do I need lab work?
    Lab work is not always required but is highly recommended. If addressing hormonal concerns, we require a specific HRT panel, which you can obtain through us. We also offer comprehensive lab panels to evaluate broader health markers for a more complete assessment. Lab fees may be included in your membership tier.

  • Where do I get lab work done?
    After signing up, we provide a lab order for testing at Labcorp. You can visit a local facility we help you find or schedule an at-home blood draw for added convenience. Alternatively, we can ship a kit to you, which you can take to an AnyLabTestNow location with a scheduled appointment.

  • How long does it take to receive lab results?
    Typically, results are available within 3-5 business days after your blood draw.

Providers & Medications

  • Are LOGiC Health providers licensed?
    Yes, all providers are licensed in your state of residence and have extensive experience in our treatments. They undergo additional training specific to our protocols and medications.

  • Where do you source your medications?
    We partner with top-tier, accredited compounding pharmacies in the U.S. to provide the highest quality medications at competitive prices.

Ordering & Shipping

  • When will I receive my medication?
    Once your prescription is submitted, medications are custom-made and shipped within 3-7 days directly to your door.

  • Can I return my order?
    Due to regulations, neither LOGiC Health nor our partner pharmacies can accept prescription returns.
